How Michael's astounding skills were honed
Toach's managing director Michael Vanderdonk has a long and wide ranging history in learning and implementing fast and effective change to achieve peak performance. He has worked in many corporations, from large multinationals to startups, from international investment banks to world renown consulting firms since 1994. Initially, he started as a technical expert, but soon started to realize his working life would be much easier if one of two things happened;
a) All the other employees were removed, or;
b) the employees are trained how to work effectively, within themselves, and with others around them.
Option a) is not viable in today's business world, which left him with option b).
