From:

“Am I good?”

to:

“What am I good at?”

Or in other words, focus on your strengths.

It’s an excellent shift because it also moves the questioner toward action.

I LOVE to hear from you, and think of this blog as a big dinner party. You're my invited guest, but if you're being rude and obnoxious I'll let the bouncer toss you.
