		<description>Michael, seems like a simple enough thing to do, yet few do it. Could it be that some of us want to be interrupted and shot down - even though we complain about it? Want to be shot down and stopped because, in reality, we&#039;re unsure of our own ideas and, subconsciously or otherwise, welcome the interruption?
